North West Motor Show

The North West Motor Show, had its fifth anniversary in 2007, and has become firmly established as one of the most popular shows of its kind in the region, attracting motoring enthusiasts, experts, collectors, buyers and exhibitors from all over the UK and of course visitors looking for a great day out.

The weather helped attract a good crowd on both days, who were treated to the regular attractions along with new elements from Liverpool University including:

Electric racing car school competition
Sandbach High School (2 electric racing cars)

Hybrid Cars (car manufacturers)

Biodiesel LPG Ethanol Electric power engines

Performance engine lubricants (Oil Companies)

Dual Fuel cars - Flexi-fuel (car manufacturers) Diesel vs. Petrol

The North West Motor Show has gained the reputation for featuring some of the most beautiful vintage, veteran and classic vehicles in the country all lovingly preserved and restored by their owners. These vehicles now represent a unique automotive heritage that would have otherwise been lost.

The favourites at the show made an appearance again, featuring the track action and stunt displays on the special closed circuit within the show ground. This includes sports cars, F3 demonstrations, and motor bike and mini bike displays.
