In the unlikely event you have a complaint, please refer to the establishment during your visit. If this complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, simply contact the Association's Secretary through the Tourist Information Centre on Lord Street.

The confirmation of a booking constitutes a legal contract between visitor and establishment proprietor and cancellation may render the visitor liable to payment of up to two thirds of the full account in respect of hotels and the full account in respect of self-catering establishments. Please remember your holiday insurance details are available from most Association members.
